It depends on the cause of my anger.

But generally, I exercise or do something which could stimulate my cardiovascular system.  This can trigger my body to secrete endorphins which are also called as the "happy hormones".  The presence of endorphins in my body can help supercede whatever emotions I have.  Thus, helping me deal with my anger.

Sometimes, when I am just too stressed and tired, I scream on top of my lungs while literally pushing a pillow on my face to muffle the sound.  After which, I will give an hour of meditation to myself until I realize that there are more beautiful things in life to burn my brain cells on.
