Daniel Dingel's Water-Powered Car

There already is a working prototype for a water-powered car, invented by Engr. Daniel D. Dingel, a FILIPINO.

Why is the government not paying attention? With all due respect, surely an economist like yourself can see the potential of such an innovation that could turn the Philippines into a SUPERPOWER overnight.

We can contact the inventor if you so DIRECTLY would help. No middlemen please, only authorized personnel with official OP titles.
